I hired Vlad and his team to renovate my kitchen (install engineered flooring) and bathroom, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

The engineered flooring on the 1st floor (living room, kitchen and hallway) and the newly renovated bathrooms look amazing, and the folks were careful to keep everything clean and tidy throughout the process.

I highly recommend K Brothers Construction for any home renovation projects – they did a fantastic job and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

The upgrades they did to my kitchen and bathroom look great. The stone countertops and the tile work were done particularly well.

I recently had the pleasure of working with K Brothers Construction on a major home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We needed to break down the walls between two rooms to create a new bathroom and a walk-in closet for one of the rooms. From start to finish, K Brothers Construction craftsmanship and professionalism.

Right from the initial consultation, K Brothers Construction demonstrated his expertise by thoroughly explaining the process and providing insightful suggestions. His guidance on the do's and don'ts was invaluable, helping me make informed decisions every step of the way. He was incredibly patient and took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

One of the most impressive aspects of K Brothers Construction work was his responsiveness. Even if I called him in the evening around 9 PM, he was always available to discuss the project and provide updates. His dedication and commitment to excellent customer service truly set him apart.

The quality of the work was outstanding. The new bathroom and walk-in closet not only met but exceeded my expectations. K Brothers Construction's attention to detail and precision were evident in every aspect of the project. The finishes were impeccable, and the overall design was exactly what I had envisioned.

Moreover, K Brothers Construction completed the project on time, as he had predicted, without any delays, and within the initial budget he provided. His ability to stick to both the timeline and the budget was impressive, especially considering the complexity of the renovation. I greatly appreciated his efficiency and reliability throughout the entire process.

In summary, I highly recommend K Brothers Construction for any home renovation project. His exceptional work, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction make him a top-notch contractor. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely be reaching out to him for any future projects. Thank you, K Brothers Construction, for transforming my space into something truly special!

K Brothers was amazing all the way through our project to install ceiling planks. They were very flexible with us having to reschedule. Very responsive over text. Easy to communicate with in person. Paid attention to detail and did the little stuff not necessarily spelled out in the quote. Very fair price. Final result looked great!

K brothers did my townhouse remodel including kitchen, bathrooms etc.. The entire process went as smooth as any such project could go and was completed on time. They were extremely accommodating of my requirements and went above and beyond in terms of quality of work and finish. The final invoice was very much in line with initial estimates and there were no surprises. Vlad, Viktor and their crew are incredibly professional and a wonderful team to work with. If I remodel another house, I would totally work with them again.
